The spiritual traditions of many cultures work with an energy system that animates, resources and connects all Life, expressed in specific ways within the human body. A given culture’s map of this energy system strongly guides the way that the given practice is understood. It forms the foundation for practitioners to build deep relationship with the energy system and incorporate it consciously into their lives.
Being well-versed in the map of your chosen practice supports you to build deep relationship with your practice, and the culture from which it grew. While it is very common for the chakra system, originating in India, to be associated with the system of Reiki, chakras are not the map followed by the founders and original practitioners of the system of Reiki in Japan.
Join me for this deep-dive into the Three Diamonds, Reiki’s energy map, and the practices that give us access to it.
