The season of Winter can be a challenging one for many of us, as it asks for such deep Soul Reflection. I have discovered that one of the surest ways to ease and nourish my heart in Winter’s embrace is to lean into Gratitude and Generosity. And so eight years ago I began a tradition of sharing 22 gift (free) Reiki sessions to those who reach out and ask.
I joyfully return to this tradition now, as I open this year’s 22 Gift Reiki Sessions for Winter offering!
Register below for either an IN-PERSON 45-MINUTE session at my studio in Davis, OR for a 45-MINUTE DISTANCE session over the phone from wherever you are. Offered between December 1 & January 31.

(FOLKS, HERE’S THE VULNERABLE PART)…. I love this offering, look forward to it every year. In large part this is because generosity is one of the surest antidotes to the seasonal depression that often plagues me this time of year.
AND….Each time I prepare to open this offering, it feels like a huge risk for me, as a small business owner, to essentially give away my primary product during the leanest financial time of year. Let’s just say, my business coach does not approve ;)
AND YET…Every time I search my heart, asking whether I should do it again, the answer is YES.
