Here’s why….

What does it feel like, and what does it take, to live our lives with purpose? To craft a vision for our lives that aligns with this purpose; and to know the next right actions to take in service of this vision?
Questions like these are so often at the heart of the journeys of self-discovery that many of us are walking. While each of us will answer them differently, and according to the nuance of our own lives, there are structures of understanding and practice that can greatly support us to integrate our purpose, vision and actions.
The system of Reiki can help us get there…
In this 60-minute gathering, we’ll explore Reiki as a powerful container for integrating these essential aspects of ourselves, turning to the energy map used in the Japanese origins of the system Reiki as a powerful structure for aligning our lives with our purpose and vision.
SCHEDULE & Logistics:
Registration: These monthly classes are a free gift to the community, and you must register to attend. Once you’ve registered, the Zoom links and other updates will be emailed to you, and the recording shared afterward.
Days / Times: HeartScapes-’ Free Community Class is normally held the first Wednesday of every month from 10:00am - 11:00am or 11:30am Pacific Time.
Format: We meet live and virtually over Zoom. Sessions will be recorded and made available to those who are registered.
