The season of Winter can be a challenging one for me, as it asks for such depth of Soul Reflection. I have discovered that one of the surest ways to ease and nourish my heart in Winter’s embrace is to lean into Gratitude and Generosity. And so four years ago I began a tradition of sharing 22 gift (free) Reiki sessions to those who reach out and ask.

I joyfully return to this tradition now, as I open this year’s 22 Gifts of Reiki in 22 Days offering!
