The Fowl, Agent of the Sacred Ridiculous: A resplendent chicken struts atop a crumbling Tower made of dice, clocks, and outdated bureaucracy. One eye is cosmic. The other is judging you. Wings are outstretched mid-air, turning into a phoenix, then it promptly explodes into glitter.
Disruption, clucking truth, absurd revelations, Divine tantrums and feathered fate.
The Fool, Master of the Sacred Pivot: If the FOWL is divine ridiculousness weaponized, a squawking agent of chaos with glitter grenades, then the FOOL is its liminal, archetypal counterpart. The Sacred Leaper, the Original Spark, the Yes! before reason.
Boundless potential, sacred uncertainty, instinctual trust, new beginning, ecstatic not-knowing

In this 2+ day live online retreat, you will:
Pursue joy & laughter in the midst of chaos (bring on the gallows humor, simple pleasures, beauty therapy, and cosmic play!)
Gain an understanding, of where you are in your journey through life and these times, and craft a structure to navigate the specific moment you’re experiencing now through guided Divination and Astrology;

This treat is live online over Zoom, with recordings available in case you can’t attend live. We’ll open our Circle in ceremony on the evening of Friday August 8th, and then spend Saturday and Sunday together.

Welcome to the You Were Born for These Times Collective.
We hold space for transformation rooted in justice, in grief and embodiment with cosmic play. We know what it’s like to grieve the world as it is, and still show up with glitter on our cheekbones to plan for collective healing.
Michaela brings the wisdom of the body. Sabrina channels the Tarot and their shadows, and Caryl brings the sky and it’s Truth, each of us weaving together the mystical with the logistical aspects of life.
Together we don’t offer escape, we offer tools.
So if you ever wish for a space where pleasure, insight, grief and strategy can coexist, you’re not alone. We were born for these times, and we’re doing this work for realsies!
It is our goal to incubate possibility for a beautiful future during these times of collapse and ultimate rebirth. Each of us has a role to play, for we were each born for these times.
In February 2025, we gathered for the first You Were Born For These Times online retreat, a journey both mystical and practical that led us through the Tarot archetypes of The Tower, The Star, The Moon & The Sun.
Together, our group of healers, story-tellers, entire magical communities, and others concerned at the state of the world explored our grief, developed compasses to guide us through these Tower times, engaged Tarot, Astrology and Reiki to look deep inside ourselves for wisdom, and turned to each other for loving support and new ideas.
The Next Chapter:
Having created the foundation for generating stability in this new chaotic normal, we can now return to help each other find our way and connect with guidance from the Sacred Ridiculous & the Cosmic Pivot, as embodied by the Tarot’s Fool archetype, and its chaotic (and for some reason chicken-themed) counterpart, The Fowl.
